Jet Airways suspends all its domestic and international operations.
We would like to inform you that as of the 17th of April 2019, carrier Jet Airways has halted all operations. We would like to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation, are in constant communication with the carrier and all interline partners affected and will update you with more information as soon as it becomes available. As a final note, we must stress that our agency acts exclusively within its capacity as an intermediary. To that end, our role and obligations are limited to mediating travel services. In this context, it is the airline that carries the entire responsibility in relation to the customer. Therefore, our agency cannot be held financially responsible for these events. If you have already managed to use your ticket with Jet Airways, or if this information is unrelated to tickets you own, please disregard this email. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
